Biography

Hi, I am Jessica ZHAO!

​

I grew up in a multicultural environment that illuminates my interest in humanitarian and social issues. During my years studying Graphic Design and informatics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I have found my passion in designing actively through various disciplines. I have created many thoughtful illustrations, telling stories about personal and brand stories. Due to my continuous effort in bringing social impact with visual design, I was selected as the recipient of the Marie Orr Scholarship, which allows me to explore and break my limits in the design field. I plan to continue to devote myself to it when I graduate this coming spring.
